If your a walker do you think somehow you can be strengthen the sexual inner parts some how?

I hope so bc my dh is always saying that I am tighter while having sex. My only guess would be the walking daily (2 miles a day).

  • As far as I know Kegel exercise is the most effective exercise for tightening the vagina!... Don't know about walking since you are not using internal organs...
