What food HAS TO BE on your thanksgiving table or it just wouldn't seem like thanksgiving

We all know family and friends are important during this time of year ...But what food just has to be on the table for it to feel like thanksgiving?? For me it is the relish tray. It was always a big deal to us kids to help put it all together and get ours hands slapped (playfully) sneaking a pickle or olive. My father made our mother a 'pickle tree' that we used for years and years. Sadly it wasn't left to me. I am on the lookout for items similar to the one I had growing up so I can make one for our family. In the mean time I am using a platter.
