How to make ur own baby food?

my dd is 9 months old and she wont eat baby food she just spits it out everywhere! ive been trying to feed her table food but sometimes there is nothing for her to eat! i need to make more baby friendly dinners! so i bought a sweet potato and a pear, and an apple! how do i cook them? and any other ideas would be great! thanks ladies!

  • Peel the apples, and cute into pieces then put in a microwaveable bowl with water and microwave until soft then use a food processor to get it to the right consistency.

  • Take every non gasious veggie you can think of, a couple of chicken breasts and some chunks of beef and boil them till very tender. Afterwards, take the entire thing, liquid and all and start blending it. As you blend each batch put it in another pot and once ur finished, stir it all up and transfer it to freezer bags in ur desired portions. This stuff will keep for a good while. Oh, another plus, since it has no added oils or salts, etc. and it taste amazing, it also makes a great after pregnancy or anytime weight loss recipe.

  • stream some vegetables like carrots and potatos with a very smal piece of garlik and mix them after in robot and add a little of salt and a little of hot water to make it easier to eat for ur BB
