have u ever changed your diet BIG time and noticed a huge difference?

Besides weight what other benefits did u get from cutting certain things out and what were those things you cut out?

  • I cut down on my favorite thing, sweets, the minute I do this I loose 4 to 5 pounds in a short amount of time.

  • If I can get in a habit of drinking water I lose weight. Just not a big water fan. When I do start losing I don't feel as tired.

  • meat. As soon as I cut out red meat I lost weight.

  • Took gluten and dairy out of my diet and started taking Juice Plus. I lost weight, sleep better and no longer have joint pain and stiffness.
