Can I love goat cheese this much?

I've just discovered goat cheese and I'm obsessed with putting it crumbled in my salads. Any ideas on using it in other dishes??

  • I use it all the time in just about everything. It's wonderful on crackers with fruit speads or grated into an egg omelet or baked into an onion tart or slice for on a sandwich....There are so many delicious varieties of goat cheeses available that the possibilities are endless!

I raised goats as a kid. Nothing yummy associated with any of them. ;)

  • Goat cheese on bruschetta is so yummy! And on food network a few nights ago, I think the show was the best food I ever ate, or something like that, one of the chefs told about a lamburger with feta cheese on it. Man that sounded delicious!

  • I love it spread on crackers, in an omelet, on salads, with ham in a grilled sandwich, on top of a grilled hamburger, with sliced tomato and basil on bruschetta, on top of roasted asparagus, in a cream sauce on top of any vegetable, on pizza, on and on.
