  • I did. But I also took extra care to make sure it was well wrapped, then stuck it in a family member's chest freezer. Just as yummy as the day we got married.

  • We ate ours when we returned from our honeymoon a week later. We thought it be stale if we really waited a year.

  • We actually tossed it a few months before our 1st wedding anniversary bc we both agreed we didnt want to eat year old freezer burnt cake, lol.. And we were trying to make room in there for food we would actually eat.

  • lol I nibbled on it throughout our first year of marriage. I saved a lot though for our anniversary. I love cake and rarely eat junk or sweets. it was just too tempting...

  • We didn't have a top layer, just a sheet cake. But we did save a corner of it and ate it on our first anniversary.
