What is the best shedding tool for long haired dogs?

Our 9 month old Golden is getting his winter coat, and the fur is really flying! What is the best thing to do short of busting out the shop vac lol?

  • The furminator! It is pricey I have the yellow medium one that I paid about 40 dollars for. But it was money well spent. It is by far the best brush I have ever used on my animals.

  • You can find it for cheaper on Amazon... And I think it also depends on what size you get. But regardless, let me tell you , that thing ROCKS! I've tried just about everything over the years with my various pets, and nothing comes even close... Not cheap, but TOTALLY worth it, trust me.

  • Walmart makes one that is similar called a Furbuster. I LOVE it and I only spent about $25 for the medium one. I have 2 Shelties and they have a LOT of hair.
