  • Yes, my daughter is stuck in the music of the 60's and 70's.
The standard classical music has been proven to affect your child intelligence. The standard classical music is based in mathematics. Rock & Roll and Heavy metal actually harms the child's brain, reducing their IQ. I doubt that music could make a child a genius. Neither does current music make a child stupid. The difference is actually very small over all.

  • Hey, listening to cool music certainly can't hurt, right?!? I'm trying so hard to expose my girls to various types of music and keep them off of the Justin Beiber tunes they play all the time at the school functions, lol.
