What's your exercise routine that helped you lose the baby weight? I think I found mine!

After going through countless workouts and getting burned out after one or two sessions, I think I've figured it out. Belly dancing, yoga, pilates and a couple of miscellaneous other dance workouts.

  • do you have anything that burns fat while sitting on the couch or maybe a great idea how to even get the energy to turn on the DVD player to do those type of dancing?? ugh.. I am so tired ALL the time.. I need to lose 25 lbs

  • 1. Portion control.
    2. Pilates DVD (pick your spot pilates during nap time) - 3 days a week or when I returned to work Pilates class during lunch at the gym at my job
    3. Running (baby in the stroller or at the gym at my job) - 4 days a week

    I had lost all my baby weight by the time my daughter was 1. I gained 50 pounds when pregnant.
