  • I chew at my cuticles.... Especially my thumbs. It's pretty gross, actually. But at least it's easy for my fiance to see when I'm stressed out, heh. Band-aids on every finger!

  • i like to take a warm bath with lavender scented bubble bath by the light of a lavender scented candle followed by a glass of wine

  • right now, i've exercised discipline and waited for my dh to come home...i've had 1 1/2 glasses of wine. it seems to be working.

  • I read or do a Crossword puzzle to take my mind off whatever is stressing me. No pills,no drugs....just something that takes my mind away from stressful thoughts. OR walking fast and breathing deeply...on a day with good weather.
