  • Technically, yes, it's called a late-term abortion, and it can't be performed without medical reason at 5 months.

  • yes, up to 24 weeks in some states, although i personally wouldnt. plus in order to do it that late they need to knock you out

  • It depends on your state. In Florida it's up to 28 weeks, so yes.

  • Yes,abortion can be done in most states until 24wks-which is 6 months.
    But seriously, if someone was going to get an abortion, it is extremely selfish and sick and stupid to do it so far along. Im not "for"abortion, but if you're gonna do it, do it before 8-12wks.

  • late term abortion is only 2% of abortions the vast majority are done before 10 weeks

  • Thank God your not the one doing it. That is horrible! I couldnt imagine killing an innocent child at any months along period!
