Question About Pants

My dd is tall and thin for her age. I put her in jeans or other kinds of pants and the back of them go down so she has "plumer pants". The only way I can keep her covered is to pull her underwear up over it when it happens. She goes to school during the day though. So, my question is does anyone have any ideas about what I can do about this when I am not there?

  • I don't know about girls pants, but boys jeans (actually, so do a lot of the khakis and pants like that) have the adjustable waistbands.

  • Many brands of girls clothing have the adjustable waist. With my own girls, I don't let them wear shorter shirts - I only buy shirts that are longer that will cover at least the top half of their behind. You could try putting little tanks underneath, and tucking them into her pants too.

  • Or teach her to pull her pants up instead of just hiking her underwear higher - my kids all knew how to pull their pants up over the cracks by 2 years.
