  • Because BREASTFEEDING IS NOT BIRTH CONTROL. Period. I got my period back after 4 weeks, which means I ovulated 2 weeks post partum, and I was EBFing. It happens all the time, because women don't think they have to worry if their periods haven't returned, even though we all know we ovulate 2 weeks before we have our period.

  • Why not enjoy the moments with your beautiful new baby you have now, instead of focusing on getting pregnant again? Your body works the way it does for a reason. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but why the rush? Your body is barely healed.

  • Having sex can result in pregnancy. But, yeah, breast feeding doesn't always work as birth control in all women. I felt a little ripped off when I got my period back so soon.
