  • apples and peanut butter; spreadable cheese with whole grain crackers, fruit smoothies but watch the amount of calories, veggies and homemade dip. Do you like some or any of these? Try looking at magazines like Family Fun or Betty Crocker online, also Prevention magazine is a good resource.

  • you can make your own trail mix using things you find healthy like nuts,dried fruits,and whole grain cereal, or you can have yogurt and fruit,baby carrots and ranch dip

  • Grapes and cheese cubes are popular with my little girl. Also, ants on a log are fun for the kids to help make: celery with peanut butter topped with raisins.

  • Veggies and dressing
    Fruit Salad or just simply cut up fruit
    Peanut Butter and Graham Crackers
    Apple slices and Peanut Butter
    Dried Fruit
    Cheese, Summer Sausage, and Crackers
    Mini Muffins (Homemade not store bought)
    Tortilla with Peanut Butter (Spread PB on half of tortilla and fold in half)
    Ants on a log
