  • Awesome question...I love smoothies. I love RAZZAMATAZZ -apple juice/frozen blueberries/raspberries/strawberries and frozen yougurt. If im really adventures and don't care how it looks, I like to blend fresh spinach/bananas/oranges/apples/and a bit of ginger. It looks gross but amazing for a good bike ride.

  • protein powder, strawberries, banana, milk, splash of oj and maybe some yogurt. Oh and a splash of vanilla extract.

  • Various fruits, ice, water, a little OJ (or whatever juice I have atm, lol), grinded oatmeal, a little honey and a packet of sweet & low.. & I also make Chocolate PB Banana smoothies.. I make them with milk, ice, spoonful of peanut butter, 1 banana and a packet of low fat hot chocolate mix. :)

  • Any mixture of frozen or fresh strawberries, blueberries, mango, peach, kiwi, banana, spinach, carrots, avocado. And just enough 100% juice to make it blendable. No sweeteners of any sort, no milk/yogurt of any sort. Just good wholesome produce, mainly things I've picked myself.
