  • A 3 month old will sleep 14-20 per 24 hours but wake every 2-3 hours to eat. Sometimes, they wake every 20 minutes. They do not sleep through the night. Some do, but most don't.

  • My 4 month old sleeps around 16-18 hours/day. Her 6-8 awake hours include the time she spends nursing.

  • my daughter sleeps through the night and takes at least 2 good naps during the day I have never timed them so not sure how long she is down. sleeping through the night is usally in bed by 9 alseep till 8 am is about typical for her then at about 12 she takes a nap. I then go to work so i am not sure what time she wakes up for the sitter but then around 5 she takes another nap.
