  • I get these donuts called "cyclops" from a local bakery, Oliver's in Kenosha, about once a week. It's basically a chocolate frosted donut with a big ole glob of cream filling in the donut hole. My daughter got me hooked on them.

  • I make my own powdered donuts. They are mine and my daughters favorite. So easy to make too using Pillsbury biscuit dough. Just use a donut hole cutter and then fry the donuts and donut holes in canola oil until golden brown. (you'll have to flip them once) Put powdered sugar in a paper bag and shake the donuts and donut holes in them while still hot. Serve warm. They're yummy. They don't store well though. But there isn't usally any left to store.
