  • We do a fake tree most years. If we are hosting christmas for the family then we get a real tree. It's the tradition my family grew up doing.

  • We did a real tree for a few years but it got really expensive here AND the tree quality seems to vary from year to year. The last year we had a real tree, you could not touch the tree because the needles were so hard it was like touching a cactus!!!

Now we have a prelit tree and it is sopretty due to the lights - the lights are lot nicer and more evenly spread than they ever wereon the real tree! LOL!

  • Fake, we did a real tree once and the mess was terrible. We have several trees up of various sizes and they are all fake.
