what can I feed my child when she is not having breastfeed milk?

  • Depending on how old your child is, if less than 1 years old, then formula would be substituted for breastmilk. Over 1 years old, whole milk.

  • She can have table food. Avocado, bananas, pasta, sweet potato, cheese, whole wheat bread, chicken, are all good choices. She can eat what you are eating, just make sure it's cut up into small pieces.
