I had a fight with my fiance's brother and SIL in August. How do I ease the tension for the holidays?

I want to get along for my fiance and son's sake. It is very hard to get over the lying and badmouthing. Very hurtful when I thought we were getting along great. I really have no interest in being friends again, but I am willing to tolerate. Should I just let things go or approach with caution? How would you handle it?

  • I would be cordially polite. There is no reason to fight, so people aren't meant to be your best friend, they make better acquittances.
