birth control, ovulation, possible pregnancy

okay so im on birthcontrol pills but havent been taking them the right way(because i have been sick on and off half the month). i'm on the 91 pack which means i get a period once every three months. i started the pack on oct 10 and up until now i have missed a total of 16 pills. on 0ct 24 i had unprotected sex and also missed a pill on that day. on nov 5 and 6 i had a little bit of spotting and then it disappeared and never came back.i took 2 hpt both negative ...symptoms are nausea ,no af,breast tenderness, tired, cramps and back aches. when can i expect my period or shoud i still be considering being pregnant . I have been on and off birth contro pills so i think that something is wrong because even when i miss one or two pill i get breakthrough bleeding which usualy last about 4 to 5 days ..this time i missed so many pills and no bleeding ..what could be wrong any information would be helpful thank you

  • You need to retest. And also when you miss that many pills you could get pregnant on anyday of the month. If you miss 2 pills you are suppose to take the pills for a week before you are protected again. I would call your dr and figure out what is up and then ask what to do to get back on track for you bcp, assuming you are not pregnant.
