  • my almost 10 month old was 17 lbs at 6 months and 18.5 at 9 months. so in those 3 months she didn't gain much.

  • My 8 month old weighs 18lbs 8oz and weighed 17lbs 6 oz at 6months.

  • There's no such thing. Your seven month old SHOULD be a little more than double birth weight OR about seven pounds heavier than their lowest weight after birth. Pound a month gain is what's expected.

  • my DS is 10 mos old and is 17lbs 7ozs when he was 7 mos old he was 15lbs 12ozs at birth he was 6lbs 8ozs

  • My son is 7 months, he was born on April 9th. He has always been in the 97% for both height and weight. At his 6 month checkup he was 22lbs and 29 inches, I would guess that he probably hasnt gained since then because he crawls around alot. He is at the top of the charts, I think average for 7 month is probably closer to 18lbs. Every child is different. I am in a few baby groups for March and April 2010 babies here on Cafe Mom, babies around 6-7 months range anywhere from 13 all the way up to 23 lbs from what other moms I have seen posting.
