You should eat healthy foods. Lots of vegetables and fruits, whole grains too! Lots of protein in various forms. You can be a vegetarian and a vegan and have a healthy diet/ healthy pregnancy.
The best diet is one that includes foods from all food groups, loaded with natural vitamins and minerals. What you cannot get from food should be supplemented by over the counter vitamins, etc. But your body will absorb food nutrients better.
What not to eat?
Avoid fats, too much salt, too much sugar and overly processed foods. However, we all know we great cravings, so indulge sparingly. Everything in moderation.
