Saw this story on the news last night. There are small, deserted islands off our coast that smugglers are using to "store" illegal immigrants. These illegals are then getting stranded on this island for days/weeks with no food or water. There's this group called "border angels" that go to these islands and supply these stranded illegals with food and water. So, technically they are not smuggling these people, but they are aiding criminals. Their story is they are simply trying to save lives, illegal or not. I'm not sure how I feel about it. What do you think? Are they in the right or in the wrong?Answer Question

or trying to help them not die...if they were smuggling them back on their boats..that would be illegal...as it were, they are saving lives.
Would you prefer they starve to death?

I would prefer they didn't come here ILLEGALLY.

I am not for letting people suffer from dehydration or malnutrition- we do not even treat people on death row accordingly. Anon- are you anon because you are ashamed of your opinion? WWJD,or any supreme being, do for these folks?

But nobody forced them (illegals) there
Ask yourself what would make you so desperate as to flee your home sometimes with kids to a place where you may not know the manguage, have no food and could get shot on the way...
If YOU were that desperate, what would YOU do?
