Healthy snack ideas

preferrably something i can premake ahead of time that i can throw in a snack size bag and take to work!

  • Peanut butter and graham crackers maybe even a slice of apple on top. Nuts they have almonds hickory smoked now. Carrots and ranch dressing. Yogart with fruit and granola

  • I would say nuts, carrots, granola, an ounce or two of dark chocolate ;), whatever veggies you like cut up and ready to go!

  • Juice Plus Gummies.
    I take them with me in my bag everywhere I go. If I want something to snack on or a sweet treat they're great.

  • When I had a place to keep food at work I used to take salt free pretzels, a few red vines, carrots, a mini salad... whatever I wanted really- I like to focus on taste and avoiding high sugery/ salty items. Wheat bread or whole grain white for a sandwich. Alot depending on if I was working overtime or not that day too because I would pack more than water if so- and not always a healthy drink! lol
