how does Duck taste?

i never ate it before.. i only eat cow meat, turkey and chicken

  • I actually liked it. If I remember right we ate it sort of like filet mignon. It was rolled with bacon around the outside.

  • It's richer then chicken and has dark meat but it is sooooooo good when at my dad's house for Thanksgiving he cooks one for me :D

  • If it is cooked properly it can be absolutely delicious. It can be greasy but it really has a flavor all it's own and really can't be compared to any other meat out there.

  • A little like chicken (just kidding) - I haven't tried it yet but I bet it will happen soon since BF is out bird hunting.

  • Similar to chicken or turkey, but darker, richer, greasier - it's considered more gourmet. I personally am not fond of it, though I love chicken & turkey.

  • If it is prepared right it is the best thing ever. It's really rich. So good! You have to try it in a good restaurant. It's decadent!
