How can I keep my blood pressure from becoming to low at night?, or help the blood flow to my brain?

ive been having very low bp and its starting to really affect my brain and thinking
will sleeping with my legs up , like above heart level help at all?

  • Try exercising before bed to get your blood flowing, and talk to your doctor about getting tested for sleep apnea... if you stop breathing your bp could be dropping... it would also account for the slower thinking... lack of oxygen to the brain does a lot to the body....
