  • Sushi and water. Healthy Omega 3 fats and Vitamins A, B, C, and D and benefits of veggie in the roll (cucumber of course and it's refreshing). I also love a dab of wasabi included and dipped in soy sauce and my all time passion is sticky rice (YUMMMM). My fav is Hamachi (yellowtail). And you never lose with water.

  • water and sweet potato. sweet potatoes have all the nutrients you need. they're loaded with carotenoids, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. its said you could survive on just eating them. :) food for thought

  • I'd probably go with McDonald's sweet tea and coconut shrimp with mango chutney sauce... only if they're both done right, though!
