Has anyone found out things about their husband that you should have known before you said I Do?

  • only that he is really bad for not knowing how to use the luandry basket. he seemed to be able to find it before. now its like its invisable to him. like he leaves his socks and boxers right in front of it. he can get that far but cnt lift the lid and put them in...... other than that i hope i no everything

  • No, not about my husband, he is always open and honest. However, I have learned a lot about his mom and had I known how she was I would not have spent 12 years trying so hard to make her happy.

  • No, we will have lived together 5 years before we get married so there wont be many surprises. I know what I'm getting myself into.

  • Yes. I found out how scared he is of becoming like his parents..but given their financial situation, I'd be scared to be like them too..

  • No for me but I have a friend who discovered her dh was bipolar right after they married. I think had she known, she'd have bowed out. It's been really brutal on their relationship and just trying to "live."

  • Ooooo mine developed temporary hamper blindness too. I wonder if it is brought on by the wedding. But he's also developed a severe case of get up at 2 am and let the dog out so I could sleep, so I'll happily bend down to pick up his drawers!
