How long do you bake your chicken and rice for?

And do you cover it? How many pieces of chicken and how much rice do you use?

  • I bake 4 big breast for 30 to 40 mins. While my rice Icook it for about 25 mins. Or until I see little holes on top of the rice the rice I do cover but leave alittle opening and cook it on low.
    the chicken if you want it juicy you can cover if you want it a tad dry leave uncovered. @ 370.

  • #50 for an hour and never really thought about how much chicken I was using...just that I was told that everything gets baked at 350 for an hour, lol, and it has always worked and no I never cover anything

  • i get the boil in bag rice so you don't have to pre cook it before going into the oven...i cut chicken breast up into cubes and bake for about 45 minutes uncovered...i want to make sure the chicken is done

  • Chicken pieces? Usually grilled. Whole chicken-until the juices run clear- hour and 15 mins. I use a rice cooker and usually cook brown or wild rice. We also eat jasmine rice and risotto-
