Men watching porn...

Why do some women on here tell other women on here that it's "ok" for their DH/SO to watch/look at porn? Not EVERY man watches or looks at porn...and not EVERY woman is ok with it. If you and your DH/SO are ok with it, fine. But some of us AREN'T "ok" with it. Stop making these women feel like they are making something out of nothing. Stop telling these women that they should "just get over it". Their men know that it's not right, that's why they lie about it. How would you feel if your man lied to you about ANYTHING? Porn causes problems in alot of relationships, so it's not "nothing". These women have every right to feel the way they do. It doesn't mean they're insecure. It just means that they're DH/SO's are being extremely disrepectful about their feelings...

(Not knocking women who are ok with it. I just don't like seeing women who aren't ok with knocked for how they feel....)

  • I agree. I'm OK with DH watching it (and of course, he doesn't), but everyone has to decide for themselves what they're comfortable with. Just like how we all have different parenting philosophies, same goes for relationships.

  • i understand. although i understand that men are socially conditioned to look at porn from an early age, i feel that wives and significant others ideals should be respected in a relationship and im sorry that other women are giving you a hard time

  • Oh, women aren't giving me a hard time...I'm just tired of seeing others being told that they are "over-reacting", "all men do it", or "get over it".....it's not right.
