what is fenugreek?

i keep seeing this suggested for breastfeeding, but what is it? A tablet, capsule, powder, etc?

  • typically a capsule. It is a natural herb used to increase breast milk supply. It is in nature a root. Back long before GNC women would chew on this root or boil it to make tea when breast feeding.

  • I read one article that said it was a root. Maybe it can go either way...

  • Its comes in a capsule. Take 3 pills 3 times a day to increase milk supply. It makes you smell like maple syrup though, which I liked. lol. It really helped me.
