Has anyone delivered vaginally with a rectocele/cystocele? adult content

Mine are pretty bad, along with uterine prolapse. Although the uterine prolapse becomes a non-issue as the pregnancy progresses, my rectocele has gotten far worse needing splinting (if you don't know, don't ask) and in general I feel like everything is falling out. Anyone have experience with this? And yes, of course, I will bring it up with my doctor...
