Who has read Anne Rice's book Mennock?

This is a vampire book which tells of Lestast's conversations with the devil. The devil claims that he is in the service of God and he wants the vampire to be his right hand man.

  • I actually posted a question about that a little while ago.... I think her interpretation of the devil, and how he and hell came to be made a lot of sense, heh.

  • Memnoch. It was my least favorite of the series.

  • It's so-so. Some parts are hard to read through but it's not the worst book I've ever read.

  • I read it a long time ago... it's been awhile. I actually liked her take on the devil's role... presumably if God made him, he has a use, right? I thought that whole 'evil serves God as well as good' theme ran through all the vampire books.

  • I am glad Shanna84 corrected my spelling. I complain about misspelling all the time. I am glad someone can spell better than I can. I'd give you a sweet pea but I can't find them. God I hate getting old.
