whats a good bedtime for a 6 year old?

  • I think 830 or maybe 900 the latest is a good time.

  • Mine goes to bed at 8 pm, on school nights. No later than 9 if we can help it the rest of the time. He gets cranky if he doesn't. He's one to run on a schedule.

  • My son is 6, he goes to bed around 8 30 on school nights. On weekends it varies but he usually doesn't have a bedtime then

  • Both of my kids 9 and 3 go to bed at 8:30 pm 9:30 on weekends

  • 8:30 on school nights, 9 on weekends, no bedtime on holidays unless there is school the next day.

  • Mine go lie down around 7:30 and watch t.v. for a bit and then they pass out around 8:00.

  • Definitely between 8:00 and 8:30, any later than that and they have a bad day the next day.

  • oh and on weekends i usually let them watch tv till they fall asleep.

  • Ours are 6,9 &10 and we tell them to at least be in their beds (after hw, dinner, playing and brushing their teeth) by 8-830 and they're usually asleep by 930 with their tv's watching them lol lol
