Do you ever get phantom kicks?

Every now and then I'll get a twitch in my abdomen that feel like a baby kick. That's happened ever since I had my son, so I know I'm not pregnant.

Does this every happen to you? Last night one actually woke me up from sleeping! That happens once every few months or so and it really gets my heart racing. lol

  • Not so much since I had my twins, but I had them a lot after I had my son.

  • Yes, those gas bubbles always get me. It's like a little twinge of, "I miss that!"

  • I'm pretty sure it's not gas bubbles. They can be up in my ribs sometimes too. And I never got them before my son.

  • Your intestinal tract goes up to your ribs so yeah that's gas. I love it because it reminds me of being pregnant. I told my husband when he gets them that what it felt like.

  • I get them too, but only since I've had my kid (he's almost 3) - I don't remember ever having anything like it before I was pregnant. I love it because it really does bring it all back. We'd love another one.... :)

  • I STILL get them, and my Son is nearly 3 1/2! Drives me bonkers..I don't want another kid so I don't want to feel like there's one in there!

  • If it's gas, then why did I never get it before having my son?
