Do you find yourself buying children's books because YOU like them so much? You know, when you're standing in the store thinking: "Awww, this is soooo cute!"

And when you come home and want to read it to your toddler, they are so not interested ...? LOL

  • I only have a couple of times. The most recent was a big Richard Scarry book and they weren't very interested :( - but then again, I had a gift card that covered most of it, lol.

  • I've done it. I've looked at a book and said, "Can I read this 400 times?" If the answer is yes, then I may buy it.

  • Yes! I love the Laura Numeroff books like "if you give a mouse a cookie" or " if you give a pig a party" and other books by her.
