Where is the worst place you've lived?

I lived in one side and rented out the other side of a duplex in the sketchy part of town in Phoenix, AZ. Glad I sold it years ago.

  • Tiny 2 bedroom bottom floor apartment with 2 kids- while my husband had relocated to our brand new custom home on 2 acres in the country. The Bus would round the corner, lights blasting in the BR windows and I would pray at each and every pass that the driver didn't take our apt out in the process. Fun times!

  • In order to afford college I lived in a trailer park, in a old leaky, uninsulated trailer... Rent was $170/month and it was close to the restaurant and bar I worked at.... It was quite a distance from the university, but I had no problem making it to class... ;o)

  • Emerald Point Apartments, Virginia Beach, VA or Cambridge Manor Apartments, Chesapeake VA. Both were horrible. So, I guess the Hampton Roads area was the worst place I have ever lived and I have moved 14 times in the last 16 years.
