Has anyone ever felt warm when they touch their skin, but they are not sick.

I have been feeling like this off and on for a few months. I dont have any other symtoms like fever, chills, etc. Any ideas?

Also, the guy I have been seeing the past three months has recently been the same way, although he hasnt mentioned it. I have noticed when I touch his face or when we are laying next to each other. Ideas?
