Picky Eater help!!!??

My son will be a year old in 2 weeks, we started him on baby food at 6 months and he at EVERYTHING we gave him. Now that he has started on table food he will no longer eat the baby food-which is fine however I can hardly get him to eat any other food. He will eat cheese, toast, potatoes, apple sauce, macaroni and cheese, and pasta. THAT'S IT!! No bananas, green beans, peas, corn, grapes, tomatoes, oatmeal, or anything else that I have tried. Does anyone have ANY suggestions at all??

  • Offer the veggies and fruits first. After those are eaten, then give the cheeses and such.

  • he won't even try the veggies-puts them in his mouth and spits them right out- I am not even kidding he simply WON'T eat them, I have tried them warm cold, steamed, frozen no matter what I do I get the same results-they go right on the floor. I have even tried putting them in the potatoes and he still spits them out!

I will definitely try the ketchup and dipping solution and maybe if its in a muffin he won't be able to tell the texture difference as easily as in potatoes. Thank you!!
