If you only had alittle bit to go... how would you do it? (losing alittle fat)

I have manage to lose some inches around my waist but for some reason I still have alittle bit of fat hanging over in the lower part of my stomach it is not bad it just doesnt want to shrink along with the rest.
You know the part of the stomach that if you let yourself go it will cover the whole front part of you pubic area and I do not want that well no one does but I have come so far what or how do I lose this. Thank you ladies...

  • Cut a few more calories per day. Don't go below 1200. Add a little more cardio (like, 10 minutes to your usual routine). If you've had kids, you may or may not be able to get rid of the skin part of it.
