When it's hot outside I sweat bad and I feel like I had a good exercise but when it's cold my body feels sweaty cold but not that much sweat...am I still getting the same workout if I sweat or not? Thanks LadiesAnswer Question

Yes you're still getting the benefits of a good workout in spite of the lack of sweating during the cold weather.
