  • Yes, because if I don't eat I feel weak and have trouble concentrating. PLUS, if you don't eat breakfast,you tend to over-eat at lunch and the whole rest of the day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. STudies have shown that people whose weight is normal and stable always eat breakfast.

  • Yes, I do. I did not when I was little. Just could not tolerate food in the morning. My mom used to tell me how much she worried about it.

  • No, I LOVE breakfest but can't eat it at breakfest time because I am never hungry until a good 5 hours later.

  • I'm a Migraine Sufferer and I try to! Worst was when the Chemo has me so Ill. But I did what was best for my health. So Yes I always did & do.
