  • I personally think it looks pretty trashy when a young boy has his ears pierced. I think you should wait until your son is old enough to decide for himself.

  • I wouldn't...but he isn't my son.

  • I wouldn't either. I would wait till he's old enough to make that decision on his own.

  • It is abuse to mutilate the perfect little earlobes of a child who is not old enough to ask for, or consent to it.

My dd has 3 sets of piercings (she is 9- I obviously have no problem with piercing), but she was old enough to ask for, and to take care of them. I would NEVER pierce the ears of an infant/toddler.

  • You better let a professional pierce his ear.
    But,no,I wouldn't.

  • Why would you want to pierce his ear? Because a 2 year old is begging you for it or for YOU and YOUR want for him to look "cute" in your eyes???? I had a friend who as a baby had her earring get caught on her shirt and rip out of her she has a snakes tongue shaped earlobe (basically two ear lobes). Let your son be a toddler and be a kid and let HIM decide what should be done to his body when he's old enough to make that decision!

  • No Let it be his decision when he gets older
