I still don't feel pregnant...

I thought I was pregnant about 2 months ago (positive HPT and extreme nausea) however then it stopped, but now I seem to be getting a harder stomach but not much weight gain to signify a pregnancy. I have taken 2 more HPTs and both are positive, but I do not feel pregnant. Has anyone been through this? Should I call an OB or just call my doctor?

  • Go to the doc. They will do a test to confirm then recommend an OB if necessary. You don't always feel pregnant right away.

  • If you got a positive HPT 2 months ago why didn't you call the doctor then? Prenatal care is very important. The most important part of a fetus's development happens in the first 12 weeks.

  • not much experience seeing as im only 12 weeks pregnanate with my first but i still dont feel pregnanate most of the time! hell i have already had my first ultra sound and i still dont feel it! i have so far had a great pregnacy with no morning sickness or any other horrible symptoms! i would advise setting an appointment with a dr. or an OB either one will be able to confirm. but u do need prenantal care as soon as possible!

  • You don't have to be throwing up to be pregnant. It isn't a requirment. It is just common.

  • I'm almost 6 mos. pregnant and I barely ever feel it. I felt a little nauseous around 12/13 weeks, but at 22 now, I barely feel anything (other than the baby kicking, which I can feel now). It's normal, some women have no symptoms.
