how do i get someone to check on kids welfare adult content

there are 2 kids at a hotel that i worry about. they are 10y girl and 12y boy. they been @hotel 2 yr they will be moving rooms this wk with 2 beds. mostly because people fussed with staff. dad boy and girl been in one bed. room trashed. i mean you can see it over waste deep. nats even outside the door. kids roam hall and parking lot after midnight even on school nights. hear them scream from behind closed doors like in pain. so much more. yes childrens services have been called by more than one person but no one ever came.i really worry about them. i see her get on bus hair not brushed dirty clothes. school not do anything but brush her hair for her. please some ideas. hotel not help .

  • they dont seem to do anything but ask does your parents know where you are and do you live here. i am so upset over it . really seems like they have protection from everything. nobody does anything. they walk them inside and the desk says they live here and they will have the manager talk to the dad. but he never does.

  • Keep trying. Eventually someone, somewhere will care enough to look into this situation - if you keep calling the police, and child protective services over and over, I have to believe, someone will care.

  • CPS hasn't done anything? I would contact someone higher up. Tell them that a CPS agent has been called, but never showed up...and that you really believe there are risks to the kids both emotional and physical (because of the trash and screaming).
    God help those poor children if things are as bad as you say....

  • Go to the police station to report it. I have had to do tge same thing and it gets a very strong reaction.
