whats your favorite chicken salad sandwich recipe?

i want chicken salad but just want to see what your favorite recipes for it are?

  • chicken, mayo white wine, tarragon and onion. My friend adds crasins and walnuts to hers but I 'm not into that...

  • I use chicken breast, celery, shredded carrot, red grapes (halved) or dried cranberries, walnuts or pecans, Miracle Whip, Country Dijon mustard & vinegar. Just made it the other day & it was oh, so good! I don't even put it on bread, I just eat it out of a small bowl.

  • I dice up leftover chicken or sauté a couple of chicken breasts if I don't have leftovers or sometimes I buy a rotisserie chicken for this. I dice up some celery, a little pickle relish and some mayonnaise and a little mustard. The seasoning I use is either poultry seasoning or sage, and a little Lawrey's seasoned salt

  • This is so delicious!
    Chicken Waldorf Salad
    2 cups diced chicken
    ½ cup diced celery
    1 cup apples, diced (leave skin on)
    ½ cup raisins
    ½ cup diced pecans
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup Cool Whip
    2 Tablespoons maple syrup (or substitute 2 T. pancake syrup)
    Mix all ingredients together. Serve on lettuce leaf or on croissants.
