Do you take vitamins? Why or why not?

  • Yes. I take a B complex for energy, Calcium for bones, Magnesium to help with the absorption of the calcium, Biotin for hair, Omega 3, 6, 9 for heart health also helps to regulate weight, Folic Acid part of a cocktail to combat PMS, Evening Primrose Oil again for PMS, E for skin and C to boost immunity.

  • i take fish oil or udo's oil and a probiotic. i believe that nutrition from food is easier for your body to use than "nutrition" from a vitamin.

  • Yes because I don't eat plants and I don't eat enough food to get the daily allowance of vitamins.

  • I take 4,000 mg of krill oil daily b/c my cardiologist told me it is the best way to bring down triglycerides and high cholesterol. I also take 50,000 mg of Vit. D. once a week otherwise I would have none in my body..Can you say brittle bones?
