  • Beef tenderloin with coconut milk, lemongrass and vegetables. I will also be cooking a turkey, but that's for sandwiches and the all-important drippings to make the gravy!

  • My kids love it when we have Cornish hens for Thanksgiving. They think it looks like everybody has their own little turkey.

  • This year my husband's parents are not going to be here and my parents do Thanksgiving on Friday, which he has to work this year. So he will not have a Thanksgiving meal if I don't make one, so I guess I am making one for the first time :D

We were just talking about this, I mean like 15 minutes ago. We are going to do cornish game hens. I know our boys are going to love having their own "turkey". Just like dmbutler said :D

We are also going to invite some of our single friends.
