How long does it toe breast milk to dry up I'm so engorged I just had my son on the tenth

  • it will start to ease up in a few days....my still continued to leak for 6 weeks or so though

  • My mom taught me to put a piece of raw cabbage in your bra you can feel it draw the milk out. I know it seem weird but it do work.

  • I tried to breastfeeds but I got blisters and cracked and when the milk cam in it drew my nipple in more I already have inverted nipples and that just made it worse

  • If you would like any help I am positive there are plenty of women who would love to help you out. Inverted nipples do not mean you can't breastfeed.

  • Also how longafter cabbage dies it dry up or is that just to relieve the pain??

  • It is a sign that you should be nursing your baby!!!! I also Had the problems with my nipples cracking and bleeding, it means that the baby is not latching on right. I'd contact a lactation consultant and get some help if you want it.
